คำแนะนำการสมัครออนไลน์ / Online Application Instructions

1. เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียม
   • 1.1 รูปถ่ายที่เห็นใบหน้าผู้สมัครอย่างชัดเจน จำนวน 1 รูป ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน
   • 1.2 เอกสารการชำระเงิน (ผู้สมัครต้องชำระเงินตามช่องทางที่เลือกให้เรียบร้อยและเก็บหลักฐานการชำระไว้จำนวน 1 ไฟล์) — ดู วิธีการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัคร
   • 1.3 เอกสารประกอบการสมัครตามใบ Checklist จำนวน 1 ไฟล์
2. กรอกใบสมัครในระบบ Online ให้ครบถ้วน
3. Upload เอกสารตามข้อ 1 ให้ครบถ้วน
4. เมื่อกรอกข้อมูลการสมัครและแนบเอกสารเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้กด “ยืนยัน/ส่งใบสมัคร”

• ระบบจะแจ้งผลการสมัครทางอีเมลที่ผู้สมัครกรอกในใบสมัคร ทั้งนี้ผู้สมัครสามารถพิมพ์ (Print) ใบแจ้งผลการสมัครดังกล่าวเพื่อเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานได้
• ระบบจะส่งบัตรสอบให้ทางอีเมลภายใน 7 วัน (ยกเว้นกรณีเอกสารไม่ครบ เจ้าหน้าที่หลักสูตรจะติดต่อกลับไปทางอีเมล หรือทางโทรศัพท์ตามที่ผู้สมัครให้ข้อมูลไว้)

Please prepare the following documents.

• One (file) 1-inch ID photo, taken not more than 6 months.
• Receipt of the application fee payment — see Methods of Application Fee Payment.
• Supporting documents in accordance with the Checklist (one file per each set of documents).

Please fill out the online application form, then upload all of the documents in 1. After the online application form has been completed and supporting documents have been attached, please click “submit/send the application”.

After the application has been completed:

• The system will inform the outcome of the application to the email given in the application form. The applicant may print out the email as an evidence of application.
• The system will send the applicant’s examination card via email within 7 days unless the application is incomplete, in which case the program staff will contact the applicant by email or phone.
